Pros

Pay is good Benefits are decent Office work with potential for working from home On-site gym Co-workers and office environment can be fun at times

Cons

Treated as disposable from day one. Was told by HR they couldn't print my photo ID on badge because printer wasn't online yet. Later that day was asked by supervisor who interviewed me and was training me if I was an employee or a temporary contractor because my badge was blank. Then was bluntly asked by that same supervisor a day later "Where do you come from?", which apparently was a way to ask what my past experience was. She should have known that this was my first office job because I spoke to her twice during the interview process, first to just her on the phone, and then the second interview was over video with her and another supervisor in the department. Lack of training, expectation is to start working right away as they "have a business to run" per HR, so no time for an employee to take extra time to properly learn how to do their job. The expectation is that after going through the training modules once, you will remember how to do the tasks, but taking notes and remembering steps only gets you so far. Management is unsupportive, stressed and hostile. They will ask you invasive questions about your life, finances, and health. Told by supervisor mentioned above "I guess money is no object to you, huh?" when I said I did not want to put off seeing my dentist and was not listened to when I said I was going to sign up for the company's dental insurance but had just started so the insurance was not effective yet. Told by HR I needed to be more transparent about my health issues so that they could potentially make accommodations, but they were not even willing to let me take an extra day to learn my job better so I doubt that they would have done so. I tried to be as transparent as possible and did not want to miss work, sent documentation from my doctor, and tried to call and email every day.

The Introduction video of the company should include real world situation with the drivers It’s not a walk in a park you touch every piece it’s brutal but with proper training from considerate trainers success is possible
