It’s a no for me

Pros

Decent salary, if you’re willing to have no life

Cons

Legacy processes. Feels like the retired owners are out golfing in Mar-a-largo with no awareness in the reality that their competitors are far more invested in modern business processes/marketing. PFG is like the MS DOS of the food industry. Also the non-sales people are treated poorly and therefore noticeably unhappy. Administration and HR: seriously the worst I’ve seen in my life.

There are a lot of industry concerns. supply chain issues. Leadership unrealistic expectations. The only problems that are fixed or problems that affect upper management. Work 6 days a week
