      Good money but at what cost.....

      Pros

      Good work out as a driver's helper, meet new people, see new places, good money when hours are there

      Cons

      Management doesn't care if you are dog tired, will use and abuse you to work, one week work 70 hours a week busting butt, next week maybe get 30 hours without notice.

      Great atmosphere, flexible for employees with children

      Cons

      Pay not commensurate with experience, minimal opportunities for advancement to management positions, lack of support for employees that are not salespersons, preference given to inexperienced employees/managers due to friendships versus capabilities, low to nonexistent competent conflict resolution, no employee development programs

      its like a family environment, great hours, money is good, I'm well respected because of my experience and work ethic

      not organized, management is not on the same page at times, constant battle between trans and shipping
