      Pros

      The job itself I love. I like my hours, days and pay is ok but there is a glass ceiling I know I probably should be paid more.

      Cons

      My boss and my coworkers are great.... other departments are where the trouble begins. Upper Management needs a major overhaul.

      Fair salary & benefits. Truly care about customers. Quality equipment for drivers and warehouse.

      They are more focused on the bottom line than the employees since there was a change in upper management at our location in Augusta ME and then went public. Letting go of older 50+ and salaried employees and replacing with younger, inexperienced."Changing our Profile" is how they are labeling the changes.
