Cons for this company. Would have to be the environment/ people you work closely with. Although you may see review about the company and its values, they do not uphold to those values. They promote hostel environments in the work place. They do not provide any type of coaching that helps you improve in the job that they place you in. They, the mangers also gossip with their fellow employees, about other employees. The credit department within the corporate Vistar at Centennial, CO location is the worse group you could ever work for. They set you up for failure. They gossip, and talk down upon everyone in the company, including their own department. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

low pay, night work, work every holiday so never home with family on those special days and bonuses suck.
