Just awful

Pay is ok. If you brownnose the work is fine.

Cons

Overloaded trucks. Unmaintained trucks. Filthy trailers. Routing is terrible. If you complain you will be punished, if your sick and call in they retaliate. If you do your job and go home and just keep your head down and be quiet you will be punished. If you either whine constantly or brown nose you will have great routes. I cant get boots, a dolly or a scanner. I cant get time off approved. I hate it here.
