Flexibility and great work life balance, Company culture is one of respect and teamwork, good benefits, fair compensation, and great leadership!

Cons

It's a job and if you don't like to work then this company or any job is not for you.

Pros

Reasonable pay and employee benefits.

Cons

New management is killing the company. Pretty much a Lincare take over. Does not listen to employees and is firing people who look for an alternate to the vaccine or offer information about alternatives. Gives Rewards to those that get the vaccine and overlooks those that can't get it for health reasons or choose not to. I helped start this company and was the first employee back in September 2001. Sad to see this company deteriorate.
