Reasonable pay and employee benefits.

Cons

New management is killing the company. Pretty much a Lincare take over. Does not listen to employees and is firing people who look for an alternate to the vaccine or offer information about alternatives. Gives Rewards to those that get the vaccine and overlooks those that can't get it for health reasons or choose not to. I helped start this company and was the first employee back in September 2001. Sad to see this company deteriorate.

Management They hire people in management that are not qualified so you have to train them yourself even though they make more Not understanding that family and life comes first. Stressful environment, always pushing to do more work faster, don't care about mental health
