Pros

If your hourly and don't have anymore PTO you can take off as many days as you like without getting fired.

Cons

It is a very sexist place. There is literally no female in a leadership position. The management is a joke. They are incompetent and very lazy. You ask them a question and its always "I don't know?" Its embarrassing to say the least. They never care whats going on until after they've lost an account or money is involved. Other than that its a literal free for all. Its very frustrating to the employees who actually come to work on time ready to work. They praise the slackers and the serial mistake makers and the hard workers are given the very short end of the stick. My advise to anyone who works there is to build up your experience and take your skills elsewhere.

Short sighted management

Pros

People are friendly and try to get objective completed to the best of their abilities.

Cons

Management is extremely short sighted and believes operations knows everything. All of the VP level employees are friends with the CEO and President, if you cross any of them the look to get rid of you. Regardless of if you are correct or not. Its a completely our way or the highway type of company. Which is fine except that they are extremely lax on security and because operations doesn't want to have to adapt. Any company looking to do business with PT should take a really serious look at the IT security questionnaires that are returned. At least 50% of it is complete lies. The rest is a generous stretching of the truth.
