They try to send u with another supervisor when work is slow in your area

Cons

I got preganant when there was a lot of work at the warehouse and as soon as the office people found out , they told me there was no work yet my co worker would text me everyday saying they were working 12 hour shifts.

Spanish speaking people who need to learn english. Being assigned to different shifts because of this reasoning its quite disappointing to other employs

Good stepping stone but not good place to stay long

I learned alot from working here which was great. Pay was competitive. Had good experiences with senior management. Some of them really know their jobs and are effective at them.

Cons

Never saw a review, raise or bonus. HR is a COMPLETE joke, unprofessional from the top down. Work life-balance, well there wasnt really any balance at all. Had bad experiences with senior management. Some of them had only know how to push people, which is fine in getting results, but good luck keeping solid employees.
