      Pros

      Great place for blue collar workers as you will be treated as such.

      Cons

      Salaried and hourly employees are treated equally in all senses- Micro managed and held to hourly type mentality. Lack of IT Knowledge within it's leadership structure.

      Pros

      Good people\co-workers exist, but not in management. The good ones leave, the really smart ones leave before bad management decisions result them getting the ax.

      Cons

      Everyone in management up to Cliff have exceeded their level of incompetence. They apparently aren't fans of Truman either, because the buck gets passed to save their Butt.

      Sr VP of HR is definitely a game changer in the area of People. He's innovative, authentic, business savvy and strategically focused. The recruiting, onboarding and training experience at PT was phenomenal. HR Dept has a good group of people focused on doing things right!
