Pros

The attraction is that this company has been around for a long time, and anticipates growth and continuous stability. So it's good for people who want to just be embedded for the long term

Cons

Very negative, from top to bottom of the chain. Not one employee has any enthusiasm about their growth or even what they do there. Management tries to motivate, but seems to need motivation themselves. Titles are important here. Top "brass" is exactly that, and you will know it. Want to step back a generation or maybe even two? Walk right in.

Pros

I liked the actual job and duties. It was a simple job and it was off the phones.

Cons

-Didn't get access to the systems until the last week of training. -Training wasn't great because of the lack of system access. We had to use our trainer's systems by taking over their screen. -Pay was on the lower end for a government contract. -In addition to your background check for getting hired, you need to do an additional federal background check and fingerprints. They didn't mention that during the interview. -The supervisor I was assigned to was horrible. She was rude and not a people person. I asked to be switched to a new team and the request was declined. -They wouldn't convert to my time zone and would only go based on EST hours even though they hire in all time zones. -They have no courtesy. Random employees are allowed to call you over teams without any notification or explanation. You are expected to take each call. No if ands or buts, that's company policy. -The worst con is that the company didn't disclose that they are in the process of being acquired by another one. Not one once of transparency on their end. -They don't have an efficient way of tracking productivity and schedules. It is all done by filling out spreadsheets.
