Not much. Almost impossible to get fired.

Cons

Serious mistakes by upper management in the overall drive of the company that are definitely reflected in the loss of market cap over the last 18 months. Executives are mostly inexperienced, constantly stabbing each other in the back, not communicating, and clearly no idea about industry standards. No checks and balances across the board. Previous and current management has wasted millions of dollars purchasing equipment and services that are not needed. Audits are partially forged.

A handful of people are good to work with...

Cons

Company can't seem to make decisions or get out if their own way. It is an horrible environment and they break down those who are doing good for the company. HR mgmt team are pernicious and highly unprofessional.
