Laid off 24 people, after not getting contract. That's business, I understand, but it was the only con.

Pros

Great team environment. A couple genuine and truthful managers. It is possible to make a decent living working there but it is not the norm. The turnover rate is tremendous because they would rather have people work for 8 months or less than have tenured employees. Newer people didn't have the large commissions built up that a tenured person had accrued so the company saves money when tenured people leave and they do not discourage it.

Cons

Income changes substantially from month to month. Tenure is irrelevant. Managers are more production focused than they are focused on getting and keeping quality employees.

Cons

Legacy processes and technologies, company is in a turnaround situation that can be painful at times, but is outweighed by the new opportunites
