Pros

I enjoy working with a team. I enjoy the incentives for being a top performer. The pay is exceptional, but can certainly improve.

Cons

They don't have the resources to train new employees. The fast pace enviornment and management request to hit numbers can be very stressful at times.

Pros

The company is very forthright in dealing with its employees. Management frequently updates employees with information regarding company growth, future goals and current challenges. Productivity incentives are available for those employees who consistently perform at levels exceeding performance standards for their position. The company has excellent benefits with regard to health insurance, paid time off, and retirement. As an employee with less than one year with the company, I have felt welcome to communicate directly with the director of my department. When I have communicated, the director responded to me by close of business that same day.

Cons

Hard decisions must be made for the overall health of any organization, and Performant is no different in that regard. The company's ability to due business is affected by government decisions, over which the company has no option but to comply. In this current political climate, changes in reimbursement are inevitable and to survive, all organizations involved in the collection of government debts may be forced to reduce costs that could reflect in loss of employees.
