Bonus checks are somewhat decent, if you manage to hit.

Cons

Favoritism, hard to hit goals, when you’re doing good they raise your goal.. then when you don’t hit you get written up/fired.

Pros

Monday through Friday eight to five , and some really amazing co workers. Many years of a steady income until recently.

Cons

The company has made many changes the incentive structure making it very difficult to maintain the wage long term employees are accustomed to. We are working much harder for much less pay , it's just not the career it used to be. meanwhile stocks are up and execs are still paid well

Great vacation and benefits. They use to pay good and have many extra incentives, they don't anymore

Cons

Pay cuts on commission was just given Jan. 2018 hopefully this doesn't force me to move on to a new job
