I enjoy working with a team. I enjoy the incentives for being a top performer. The pay is exceptional, but can certainly improve.

Cons

They don't have the resources to train new employees. The fast pace enviornment and management request to hit numbers can be very stressful at times.

Decent benifits, vacation and sick leave. Keeps employees informed about how the company does

Long hours, no raises, bonuses that add up to less than 1 pay check. Management doesnt treat Professional employees like they desierve to be treated. Lot sof night/weekend work for little reward. Some groups in IT run the show, and can get away with anything. WIll pull staff out of training because of silly projects.
