Pros
It's a corporate 9-5 job on Long Island with decent benefits, these are harder to come by than they should be. There are some good people who work here.
Cons
Lack of communication! When I was let go, there were a lot of angry employees. People quitting left and right. Company morale is WAY down. So much micro management. These employers do not care about their employees- we are disposable to them. No raises, no reviews, if you are passionate about your career and give your professional input, you are silenced and sometimes fired for it. If you have health issues they act like it's your fault and demean you for it. This environment is WAY toxic.
