Lack of communication! When I was let go, there were a lot of angry employees. People quitting left and right. Company morale is WAY down. So much micro management. These employers do not care about their employees- we are disposable to them. No raises, no reviews, if you are passionate about your career and give your professional input, you are silenced and sometimes fired for it. If you have health issues they act like it's your fault and demean you for it. This environment is WAY toxic.

Terrible communication leaving employees to speculate and rumors to flourish. No real room for promotion or advancement. The company feels its inventory is it's greatest asset and not the employees who keep the ship running. The company would rather waste money on several high salaried people that never seemed to improve the business than give it's hard working employees periodic raises. Complete lack of appreciation for a job well done. The company reneged on promises of increases and bonuses while again wasting money.
