it is a portfolio company, that keeps buying others and turn around and then sell it , very unstable co , no R and D just copy and paste and when push come to shove they will look for another small co to buy and use their intellect,

Cons

Old marketing models and no value for new marketing or digital. Poor mid-level management. Lots of politics, the company needs to get out of its own way. All business functions are silos and operate independently with little to no collaboration. Lean resources for large team initiatives. You will out grow your role and not be able to go anywhere for at least five years.

It truly is a company you can believe in, we have a great purpose and make things better not for just people who can benefit from our products but for the users as well. We do a good job and it shows.

Cons

VERY unfair on treatment between co-workers. Uneven pay scale and bonuses among same job titles. The glass ceiling seems so far very low and senior management seems to pacify WAY too much.
