A bit 'process' heavy Short on national holidays off

Singapore operation business is shrinking, new site lease for 3years only (left 2more years), management plot to shutdown the business by then., no expansion at all, no new product introduction. Retrenchment happens every quarters, experienced and loyal employee being laid off without notice, remaining employee are suffered as need to take up additional responsibilities. HR everything also outsource, but still so many HR don’t know for what. HR Everyday close door policy and unable to recognise employees name. MNC company but site lead successfully manage it as SME, very micro manage and always find scapegoat whenever there’s issue.
