      Pros

      Perkin Elmer is a demanding company, in the best of ways. The better you are at your job, the more you will be left to your own and be a better employee. This is not the place for people who do-not have high work ethics, and want to-work hard and smart. Be smart take care of our customers

      Salary on time, flexible timings, work pressure is not much, Many functions work like government departments

      Cons

      Its a MNC with Indian lala company culture. You get growth if you are in good books of certain departments.

      Great people, good culture - for people who like challenges and a dynamic environment

      Pros

      -the colleagues! in my almost ten years I have not met one wrong person there -the products give an higher purpose to work there -plenty of opportunities for your development if you show engagement and commitment

      Cons

      there are indeed a lot of re-organisations which purpose is not always very clear or meaningful and they leave the employees with a long seniority become a bit cynical
