leaders in the business are approachable company has neat products, especially in Diagnostics business

Cons

HR is highly disorganized and constantly restructuring. Talent Acquisition team is very poorly ran. Needs a leader that can actually run a team vs focusing on running marathons.

Great internal opportunities but way too much bureaucracy

- Lots of career development opportunities - Cross department collaboration - Recognizes internal talent - Flexible work hours (i.e. work from home) - Relatively transparent management

Cons

- You'll waste a lot of time dealing with petty administration tasks and bureaucracy. - Below industry standard salaries. - Low PTO hours. - Weak corporate culture or department community. - Low number of millennials and age diversity. - Poor college recruitment programs. - Either Pro/Con depending on who you are, but the business is very sales driven instead of product driven. - Not a very interesting headquarters location.
