No clear goals. Lots of waste of time grooming meetings , and no clear objectives from management. When I asked for more clarification on my goals I was yelled at , criticised and layed off. Though my objectives were not clear, I was told that I am not suppose to work on the things that I want to work on . That didn’t make any sense to me because I wasn’t given anything to do except for a very vague document from another tech team which didn’t make any sense at all. In my opinion they expect you to set the company goals and work on them at the same time. It was the worst experience ever. The way I was layed off started by call for meeting for a 1 on1 by , I was left a comment which raised suspicions, the comment was let’s talk about you . When I asked about the purpose , I was told it’s a one one meeting to discuss my goals and needs which sounded promising. When I joined the meeting , my manager along with with HR were waiting for me to tell me that they are terminating effectively my employment agreement. I seriously wouldn’t of mind if I would of have been told that earlier instead of the misleading misdirection.
