      Interesting work, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Instrument division was poor stepchild of corporation. I was laid off after 30+ years because of the failure of a project that I had no involvement with.

The company strives to keep up with the ever changing industry needs, and at times there are instances when decisions are made in order to help align the business to the new strategy. Clarity surrounding reasons for separation can always be discussed with the local HR team.

      Low pay. Not very innovative in operations.

      Good products for the most part. Innovative with products.

      Cons

      Low compensation unless you are a top manager. Benefits average. Operations managers are slow to innovate and improve day-to-day operations.
