      Bonusses and company stability. 401k matching 5% vested right away. depends on who your boss is. Not all departments are the same.

      Cons

      Some managers were not open for continued improvement. Hiring unexperienced employee. Now it depends also to the hiring Mgr.

      Lighthouse lab (uk) Managment/ supervisors often treating staff like children. Some supervisors have attempted to dictate to staff when they are allowed to go to the toilet. Repeatedly told that management are open to suggestions about how to improve and streamline process, even when suggestions made through correct channels those who made the suggestion have been told to not to get ‘ideas above their station’.
