      Small Family orientated business with a very large support network. Many people who know a great deal and are willing to help you progress in your job as well as a person.

      Cons

      Relative company immaturity means that you are fighting with outdated systems and processes while better options are ignored

      Pros

      Personal touch in company. Employees specially service team well coordinated by own. Seniors are cooperative very much.

      Cons

      Everything slow, low salary, lack of confidence on higher management. Dicision conflicts, process change frequently & not stable. Most of the team does not want to work every one relaxed. Not a mature organization to stay beyond two years to work with.
