Sometimes you may have to overcome excessive pressure or stress as you take something new. You need to have very strong adaptability for new challenge.

Pros

Great pay. Great benefits. Nice people and interesting industry. I've been here only about a year, but coming from the horrible last Fortune 500 company, I must say this place is a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Accountability/responsibility. I notice that when something does go wrong that everyone points to someone else. This is pretty much how it goes in corporate America though, but it would be nice to see a company actually hold people accountable for their decisions.
