      Pros

      Pay is pretty decent and work atmosphere isn't so bad. I enjoyed the fast pace and on-going learning and coaching of the company's goals and objectives

      Cons

      Work/life balance was a little off. Management did not do so great at explaining that you would be working in other departments on the go.

      Great co worker. and internal customers . Support was good at times . Instruments were good to wok on .Good training program

      Focus too much on quarter to quarter profit ..No focus on employees .No Long term vision. Lack of mentorship program for new hires
