Focused on fixing things first then finding out what the real problem was later when the fix failed. No retention Poor Benefits, little to no growth No sense of direction

Post-divestiture, it is pure chaos. The future is uncertain. You could lose your job in the blink of an eye. The value office runs the show. Raises are laughable, benefits stripped away, in more than one way. Company cell plans now are paid for by the employee, who miss out on receiving real raises year over year, just laughable 2% increases. The extra money you receive can now be used to pay for your work cell phone plan.
