Good Technologies. Great highly motivated people, all wanting to achieve the best they possibly could. Benefits were about average with exceptions

Salaries below going rate at other companies Limited PTO preventing some candidates from accepting offers Too internally focused needs more customer focus

relative autonomy, adequate pay & benefits

Cons

Green managers not trained to be managers, nor coached or nurtured for leadership. As a company, they do not have your back; or at least that's how it feels. From employee data breach to lackluster salary increases to shoddy bonuses that fall well below target. Terrible recruiting practices and prioritization of budget-friendly hires yielding inexperienced and undesirable coworkers.
