      Pros

      The field engineers and their management are great to work with. They're very collaborative and helpful, and are a wonderful asset to the company.

      Cons

      The company has no loyalty to it's employees. It will work people into the ground and take advantage of people who are willing to do whatever it takes to help the company succeed until they break and move on. Yet they have to do this, because even after numerous layoffs and restructurings, there are still way more people who do the bare minimum than there are people who work. Many employees are resistant to change. In the corporate offices, there is not a very collaborative atmosphere, and more often than not emails to people not on your direct team get ignored.

      Pros

      Fascinating work with great coworkers. Learn as much as you can, as quickly as you can. Use this company as a stepping stone.

      Cons

      Supervisor/manager are low integrity and morals, fake, vindictive, with poor social skills, admits to favoritism. Management by intimidation, so coworkers may turn, to save themselves. Be forewarned.
