      Stay far away from this company for sales or service jobs!!!!!

      Pros

      Many good people in lower field positions. That is where they will all stay with the "Good Old Boy" club. These hard working people deserve better.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive and worthless. The last few years they have hired other company rejects. No vision past quarterly goals. Constant layoffs. Most manufacturing moved over seas. Product quality is, well quality is not the word. Abysmal products and future.

      Pros

      The work I did was diverse and my responsibilities grew.

      Cons

      The atmosphere was toxic. The person that was responsible for my section was abusive and bullying. My section was overworked and when we delivered, subject to layoffs.

      Great mission, lots of very bright, collaborative, and dedicated workers below the senior management level

      Cons

      Frequent reorgs, incredibly thin staffing across multiple departments resulting in extremely long work hours, lots of VPs who have very little relevant experience, incredibly high health insurance
