      Good training provided, products from this company are of high quality and you can believe that the things you do will genuinely improve the lives of other people. Flexi-hours is also an added benefit.

      Cons

      Some employees may not be as enthusiastic which might hinder the progress of your project. But this issue isn't too serious.
