Pros
I loved the people I worked with. The global marketing team and the stakeholders across the business were all invested in each other's success and willing to collaborate for mutual benefit.
Cons
Lack of leadership / vision. Since PerkinElmer's separation from Revvity the executive team's vision and roadmap haven't felt clear to the whole organization. There's been a lot of turbulence in the change and a lot of the good people have left or been driven out of the organization.
