Good place to start your career and get experience. There are some nice individuals across the firm. There are a lot of resources given to staff.

Cons

The Interiors Studio leadership is very toxic. Staff are constantly overworked, receive little to no support from leadership, and leadership does not value individuals as people. As a result, the studio continues to experience a decline in staff numbers.

The company has great staff with many practices areas which provide younger staff the ability to find their true interest in the field. They also celebrate cultural events, and provide social groups for participation. Hybrid schedule is a major plus.

Cons

Yearly raises are minimal (typically not exceeding the recommended 3%), and bonuses are relatively non existent.
