The Boston upper management is inept, self loathing and absolutely miserable to work with. I was one of four new hires in a two month period of so called "growth". Six months later we had all moved to greener pastures working for companies that genuinely care about there employees.

Lot's of learning from speakers and in office events. Free coffee, drinks, tea etc. Comfortable working space and environment

Pros

A lot of people and classes to learn from and fun coworkers. A lot of happy hours. Lots of coffee/ tea.

Cons

Lack of your ability to show your real talent and skills. There was little of an opportunity to advance into different projects, mainly little projects. Work is on who you know not based on your experience and skills. There is a bit of favoritism, so you have to suck-up to some of your leadership and drama. You'll see one person working hard on one side of you and the other on their phone texting.
