During my time at Permaseal I have seen a genuine desire to do the right thing. Everybody in the tribe is given the opportunity for their voice to be heard, and we are all treated as real people instead of just a number. The expectation to do our best and challenge ourselves to do more offers a fulfilling career instead of just a job. The constant improvement and action makes me proud to be a member of the Tribe.
