Pros

None that come to mind at the moment

Cons

Management is horrible. There are too many family members in the management team. They lack creativity and dont take chances. They string you along and cant make a decision to save their life.

Pros

Company culture, competent positive employees, job security if you do your job . Lots of room for advancement and achieve you dreams. Great positive place for those who really care about their work. They don’t discriminate against anyone, unlike most companies. They also don’t try to keep people to minimal hours so they can’t collect benefits.

Cons

Not the highest pay, no drinking fountain. Not a place for doing the minimum amount of work for a paycheck, and full benefits.

Pros

If you love constant change and turnover of staff, great company to work for.

Cons

When I started work for Perma-Seal 10+ years ago, I thought it was a great company that I could retire from, unfortunately there was constant change in management and staff that affected the the attitude of the tribe. Low compensation of the employees and reduction in commissions were the reason many left. Company written policy is to be paid on commissions due for 90 days after separation of employment since the installation of the jobs were so far out but that never happened.
