Being able to work from home, have fresh leads everyday and great ownership / management staff has been a few reasons I have made PermaSeal my career choice. The company trained me from the ground up and gave me the skills/tools to be successful in sales. I am constantly learning new skills in sales and waterproofing techniques. The company is growing every year which means a lot of people have issues and use PermaSeal.
With the company being family owned I don’t feel like another number in a large company, the owners Roy and Laura Ann know everyone by name and really invest into the company employees. They have sent me hand written birthday cards which I was blown away by. I have never been at a company before where the owners are so involved and want to see everyone succeed.
The company gives everyone the same opportunity to help clients who are desperate for waterproofing solutions. I have been able to help thousands of homeowners in times of need. The products I sell clients make a big difference in their lives and it is rewarding to see the positive impact we make for people. When homeowners tell me they have lived with the issues for 10-20 years I know they called the right company to fix it right and never have to worry again. PermaSeal has been a great company with great people to work with.
Cons
Sometimes we are so busy clients have to wait weeks for repairs. We need more great people to join our installation teams !
