      Decent pay Good benefits Nice enough folks Great if you REALLY like being independent

      Work was pretty much entirely up to you to plan routes, try and wrangle customers, and a LOT of the addresses I was given to check up on hadn't been seen in 3+ years and frequently weren't even customers for just as long. Their record keeping is a mess, and made the job needlessly chaotic. Also one time I met a small black bear under someone's porch, that was sporty. I ultimately left for health reasons, not because of the job.

      Some good coworkers to work with and sometimes the management will pay you for equipment you had to buy yourself to do your job

      Cons

      Paycheck errors, management avoids buying needed supplies for their bonus, broken equipment, the software we use is so outdated
