Benefits and good hours were good and why most people stayed for any length of time.

Cons

There is a lack of leadership due to upper management not replacing team leaders. They lack ethics when it comes to billing and dealing with clients.

IT Director very flexible with work/life balance. Willing to work with you if you are still going to school. Many opportunities to learn and cover for Network and Systems Administrators.

Cons

Not much room for growth due to size of department.

Pros

they pay your insurance, great PTO system and Retirement.

Cons

You are not valued. Do not care about clients, only want to bill to make money. Some fraud going on but make you stay silent. If you want to make a difference, they will stop you. They do not fire people but will make you want to quit. Pretty miserable place to work especially in the IDD side.
