Pros
Insurance provided 100% decent pay
Cons
Hourly employee but treated like your salary you have to work 40 hours and are forced to use pto over things out of your control. If you use 40 hours of leave without pay for the entire length of your career at any time you are terminated. Which I’m pretty sure is illegal because there are some families with children without the recourses to not take time off, Covid counts if you catch it twice abs and use your original Covid time and catch it again you have to use pto and if you don’t have pto and have used your 40 hours leave without there is a termination in your future. The best about all of this is that the policy’s and procedure handbook do not say this which makes for good grounds for a lawsuit.
