Pros

Great products Good vacation. This is a great industry and very exciting. The company invites you to brand events which can be really fun. There are many great people that do some amazing things.

Cons

Where to start? Horrible, horrible management. Favoritism abounds. If you have a French accent you get better treated. Everyone is unhappy. The Execs say one thing and do another. The rules are different for them... Treating people bad by supervisors is not dealt with. And if they see you as a star you can get away with treating others horribly. And the reports and other obligations of sales means you can never complete the paperwork and actually get out there and sell the product. I cannot warn you enough. And don't think HR will help. They are so incompetent.. The company actually did not pay 1/2 the workforce one week because they did not know what they are doing....

Pros

Can not think of any... maybe Absolut???

Cons

Horrible lighting within the office. Managers that don't read e-mails from subordinates, A terrible H.R. department which is constructed entirely of freelancers, no corporate culture, No leadership that inspires, an overly "eclectic" employee base which speaks to an inability to bond with co-workers. A false sense of corporate interest in the employee base. It’s a 8:30 to 7:30 environment with a tremendous amount of competition to stay late and look dedicated. This is nonsense. Better time management would allow everyone to be more productive and actually more cohesive. Stop yapping about nonsense and get the job done and then leave at 5:30. Too much posturing, not enough interested management, no training program and only false platitudes. If anyone truly intelligent reads this they will stay the heck away from this company which is swimming in a sea of mediocre management. No wonder the great brands are failing. Because there is no management structure. Just a bunch of people who run around asking... "Hey, How do you spell Whiskey/Whisky...? Duh..ever heard of "Google"....

Pros

There's loads of alcohol around if you are into that Changes your attitude on those work experiences you thought were bad

Cons

The company focus is on extremely short term gains. Poorly thought out reorganizations are the fandango du jour in a company that wastes loads on brand building but nothing on actually making sales. In an industry that fighting its way to the bottom PRUSA will lose because its brands are old and stodgy, their management isn't willing to finance discounts meaningfully and their product innovation is Absolut garbage. They throw talk of "make a new friend every day" and conviviality around and it seems most people hate each other and hate their boss. They have an ill conceived notion that they will be able to double their business but chances are they have hot the high water mark years ago.
