Being a third-generation owned and operated global wine & spirits company shows in how employees and business partners are treated. I continue to feel appreciated, challenged, and welcome to be myself - still, after nearly four years. You'll interview for the competitive compensation, but you'll stay for the people.

Cons

With the pandemic is winding down, the company/group have done extensive feedback loops and one common theme that pops up is the feelin of being busy/under-staffed; however I will say in the last 6 months there has been great improvement in those areas.
