Culture (convivial, team focus, yet performance driven), amazing brands with a premium positioning, potential for career development including international, training, competitive compensation and awesome benefits. Definitively, the best company I ever worked at.

Cons

Very intense, at times too many projects being managed at same time, sense of urgency for most projects. Some brands are being challenged in the marketplace and the company needs to bring successful innovations or acquisitions.

Incredible growth opportunities, entrepreneurial spirit, systematic personal development program, impressive benefits, great work environment.

Cons

It's a very dynamic company, with a lots of acquisitions but also selling companies, brands and business units. You might be doing great in a business unit and will find out that was sold and now you work in a different environment. The top jobs are reserved for French executives (especially in Finance, as CFOs) or to a very small group of individuals.
