- Terrible communication from top down through sales team - No support/accountability to follow through on promises with new sales management team -Unnecessary stress put on team to prepare for Executive Tours that are cancelled the day of the event - ruining relationships with key customers and tasking the district managers to salvage them - During a global pandemic, the company increased the number of mandatory IN-PERSON visits at stores to be eligible for that portion of your bonus by 20% per day
