The benefits are good and above the law. Young people work overthere and therefore it is a young company.The presence of Pernod Ricard it ´s global.

Cons

The salary it ´s not ok. The unique core are the marketing departments , leaders dont care about other departments . There is not carreer at all. The leaders dont care about the local brands.

Friendly Family atmosphere, great trips and benefits. A big emphasis is placed on living the values of the company.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of spectrum, sometimes difficult to get things pushed through due to red tape.
