Product allowance is a big win - think 4-6 cases of wine/spirits every couple of months. Office culture = surrounded by smart people, you work hard and play hard. Work hours = you do work 1-2.5 hours overtime every day. But if you need to leave early or leave and come back for an appointment, it is never a problem. Recognition & reward: many recognition programs & lots of places to "promote" your wins Opportunities for career growth: plenty of room to grow and move and transfer into other departments

The fiscal compensation is near average for the area, but not exceptional. The facilities and work atmosphere are clean and up to date. Product allotment is fair.

Cons

Work life balance is difficult to maintain. There is a very large, unstated, push to work many hours of overtime for salaried employees.
