Good management, let you proceed project on your pace. Have freedom of developing pipeline without tangled to IT team.

Cons

Limited permission on laptop. No admin permission. Only windows. Input data lacks of volume and variety. Quite limited when you try to advance you're career as a Data engineer due to size of the team.
